This table assumes you have chosen to reduce the mortgage term. It is based on an Offset Tracker mortgage taken out on a repayment basis with a 25 year term and an interest rate of 5.99%. Calculations assume savings balances remain constant over the term of the mortgage. It also assumes that when the mortgage outstanding is equal to the savings balance, the mortgage loan will be repaid in full.
